I was not impressed by my interview with an ohio company a few years back. but my experience is 1 company of thousands if not millions. I still hope to be involved with the industry one day, but my state (VA) legalized then refused to do anything else, so 5+ years later still no business for REC. and med is a full blown joke. fingers crossed by 2030 we have a rec store in my state, and maybe ill get to join the industry.
